Specializes in CRM setup, ITSM management, digital marketing strategy, and delivers creative solutions in software integrations and API development. Holds Freshworks CRM & ITSM Implementation, Google, and Meta certifications.

As CMO, she oversees brand identity, content strategy, and client growth — translating creative vision into measurable business results through tailored communication strategies.
